Justification
The programme was held for two days and one night. It was organised by Inisiatif Jana Siswa Kemahiran Resak (SINAR) and Myline UTM. The participants of the facilitators were 26 students from UTM. There were 9 males and 17 female students. The participants from the school consist of various prefects and also assistants and class monitors. Every facilitator has been given the task of guiding and leading around 9 to 12 students from the school for this program.

Content of the activity
This programme was held in order to help the participants improve their soft skills like leadership, thinking skills, and communication skills. There were various of activity that had been held along the programme such as ice breaking, "Menggapai Impian", Sharing and caring session, team building and broken square. Every activity has its own objectives, like the sharing and caring sessions, aimed to motivate the participants and give them a good example in order to be a superb leader.

Justification
This programme was held on May 26th, 2022, virtually. It started at 9 p.m and lasted until 11 p.m. The platform chosen was Webex and organised by Kelab Iqra's UTM. There were around 40 participants who joined this program. The lecturer that had been assigned was Dr. Daiaya Uddeen Deab Mahmoud Alztwi, senior lecturer at the Academy of Islamic Civilization, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at UTM. The title of the share was The Challenges of Prophet Muhammad as a Leader.

Content of the activity
The theme of the share were what are the challenges that need to be faced by our Prophet Muhammad in life being a leader and how to emulate the leadership of the Prophet in daily life. At the end of the show, there was a quiz that had been held on the Quiziz website. All of the questions that had been asked were all from the same share.

Justification
This program was organised by Student College Committe (JKM) under Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail (KTDI) UTM on 28th May 2022. The objective of this programme is to plant the trees around Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail for future generations since the trees take time to grow. This programme also helps students release their stress from their assignments, projects, and classes by going out of their rooms and making their bodies sweat by doing all of the activities.

Content of the activity
The programme started early in the morning, around 8 a.m. At first, all of us needed to assemble at Dataran Resak at M01 KTDI to be divided into a few groups and listen to the instructions that had been given by the organizer. Every group had one committee member that was in charge of giving guidance for the activity. Every group was given a certain number of trees, and they needed to plant all the trees given at the specific location. After all the trees have been planted, all of us need to assemble back at M01 KTDI to take our food. The activity finished around 11 a.m.
Self-reflection
This is my first time being a facilitator for this kind of program. At first, I was very nervous, but I encouraged myself in order to get experience, graduate credit, and other benefits from this program. It is not easy for me to adapt to strangers quickly. That is why this programme really challenges me to get new experience and improve my adaptability skills. Other than that, it also increased my thinking skills where I needed to guide my team to solve all the tasks that had been given by the commander program. I am grateful that they were smart and gave corporations for every task given. Even though I was only there for two days and one night, it was a wonderful day to be with them. They are nice to me, the teachers, other facilitators, and my team. All the vibes from them made me feel nice and also helped me adapt and interact with them easily.
Self-reflection
At first, I was attracted to the title of the share. The title was interesting since it was about our Prophet. My thinking skills improved because at the end of the talk, there was a quiz session where we needed to answer it in order to test our knowledge of the topic. The question was not too difficult for me since I gave my full focus throughout the talk. This activity also improves my knowledge of our Prophet. It also opened my eyes and helped me find some ways to emulate him. The problem that I faced when joining the programme was that I had to finish my assignment at that time. However, I managed my time effectively. I opened the talk while doing my assignment. At that time, I am not doing my assignment aggressively since I want to focus on the talk too. I somehow manage to do two jobs at one time.
Self-reflection
This programme was one of the programmes that helped me adapt to strangers. It improved my adaptability skills and encouraged me to talk to new people that had been assigned to my group. Adaptability skills are important for me to improve since I have low levels of them. On the other hand, it also improved my scholarship. For your information, we also need to find the specific name of the tree that we planted and some information about the tree. All of this is because we need to record them on the app. We also gained new knowledge, like why we can only plant the tree at a certain location. Other than that, it also made me sweat and helped me release my stress. I somehow managed to avoid my mind for a while from thinking about my assignment and project. I felt like I was on my own at that time. Teamwork skills were also used. Without it, we could not dig the hole to plant the tree. The challenge I faced for this activity was that I am not a morning person. In order to overcome this problem, I forced myself not to fall asleep again after Subuh prayer.
