Justification in joining this activity is that this activity is about teaching basic French Course on how to read, write and pronounce in French. In terms of leadership and teamworking skills, I had applied it while I am doing the task for my unit which we need to do the invitation letter and the emcee script. As I am part of the invitation unit, I am the emcee on this program that required me to apply the communication skills between the speaker and the participants. I also need to communicate with my fellow committees. Other than that, the graduate attributes that are focused on are leadership and teamworking skills, communication skills, thinking skills, and adaptability. Dr. Akmali, the speaker that day, taught us how to speak French from A to Z. In addition, there was a quiz that served as an interactive game for participants to help determine their understanding prior to the course's conclusion.

Self-Reflection
The impact of the activity on the development of the students' Graduate Attributes is that I became comfortable engaging with people and learning how to communicate with all types of individuals as a result of my experience joining this program as a committee. Working in a team is beneficial since it can improve our leadership and teamwork, learning on how to lead and follow orders and collaborate with a group or committee. When holding an event online, technical issues such an unstable network will have an impact on the participants' experience. As the emcee, it was challenging for me when the participants were not responding to the speaker because I need to handle it professionally and I need to handle any situation to avoid awkward moment during the learning. In order to overcome this problems, I need to rehearsal a day before the event so that I will be less nervous and the program can be done more smoothly.
