Mini Report
Town Hall JPMPP is a program that was organized by the JPMPP of UTM annually before the election of choosing MPP started. On 11th November 2023, i participated in the forum of Town Hall JPMPP that was held in Dewan Sri Resak, KTDI. This program aimed to expose about the effective planning, execution, and evaluation of election processes since the election of new MPP will be held about a month after this program. The invited panels for this forum were the persons who have the criteria of a good leader and someone who are really expert. Since the participants that joining this program are also part of committee in association, it was a good chance for the participants to learn about the leadership skills and gained knowledge about being a responsible person as a leader. This program also allowed the participants to ask question to the panel and to share opinions and propose strategies for improving the election procedures. Furthermore, the program encouraged personal and professional development by prompting participants to identify areas of improvement and set realistic goals for contributing to the enhancement of the election process within the university.
Self Reflection
Taking part in the Town Hall JPMPP program has been an incredible experience that has improved my graduate qualities and prompted self-reflection. My approach to broad activities has been influenced by the emphasis on responsibility, which highlights the critical role accountability plays in project management. Participating in positive program helped me develop my leadership skills, enabling me to actively contribute and understand the value of collaborative leadership. My capacity to evaluate and suggest solutions improved as a result of the program's encouragement of critical thinking, which gave me beneficial skills that I can use in both academic and professional settings. Everything being considered, this experience has not only helped me gain a greater understanding project management but has also greatly advanced my leadership, critical thinking, and feelings of responsibility.
