MOONCAKE FESTIVAL AND CULTURAL NIGHT

REFLECTION:

This program is the first experience of participating such a big cultural event as a comittee in UTM. it is a good experience to learn how to hold an event. Through this event, i learnt to plan for the programme activites and control the flow the event to make sure all the activities will be running smoothly without any problems. Therefore, timing is the most important feature for us as a committe member of programme planning department. Teamworking is really required throughout the preparation and running the event as all the committee members are assigned to particular tasks, we have to make sure the task can be handled perfectly to avoid problems. And the most important thing is that we have to show our calm when facing problem. I appreciate to involve in this kind of event with the purpose to continue passing on our traditions to the future generations.
