Self-Reflection Activity 2
The experience of joining this program is very precious to me as it has given me a lot of inputs that I can apply in my daily life. The most interesting part of these sessions is that the speakers highlighted the importance of having stable physical and mental health for an individual. The speakers also had given many tips on how to keep the balance of physical and mental health in our daily life. Especially the first speaker, Mr. Syamil, talked about what type of foods and drinks that we should consume and avoid to keep a healthy physical health for our body. The second speaker has shift the spotlight by highlighting the ways on how to handle stress so that our mental health is in good condition even if there are some problems that may be an obstacle in one's life. Overall, these sessions has taught me a lot in the health aspects which from now on I should start to take a serious care on it.
