The starting point for the AirAsia was really on point because at that time the aircraft leasing cost had dropped and many experienced staff was ready to take a new job due to the airline layoffs. The uniqueness about AirAsia was the low-cost carrier (LCC) which will surely attract many customer as people always thought that ticket flight was very pricey and this LCC strategy by the AirAsia really make the different from all the other ticket flight. Furthermore, AirAsia also become the first airline to introduce fully ticketless travel that use free seating policy. The best attraction was the domestic airfare which 40% to 60% lower than the other airline cost that some even cost less than the bus ticket. Hence, people tends to choose the fast, easy and cheap service that make AirAsia really stand out during 2002 time.

During the growth of AirAsia in Malaysia, the strategy was not ended yet as they expand their domestic business towards neighbouring countries such as Thailand, Indonesia and other South-East Asian countries. All this domestic business were made based on the LCC and all the flight distance usually took less than four hours which the flight can take new passengers from its destination and can return to their original departing cities on the same days. This will help in reducing cost for the crew accommodations and the other cost. This surely can help to save more budget and generate more profits.

AirAsia also became the first airline that offer internet check-in service. This will help the customer to easily manage their time and planned their schedule precisely as they can easily book ticket from the online service. The LCC that have been introduced in AirAsia also have a god rating as the quality suit with the price and even better as they calculated first their customer luggage to decreases the fuel burning to less the air pollution. The way they care for their customer in which they offer money in term of e-gift vouchers for any flight delay that was more than three hours.

Based on my opinion, the way AirAsia try to compete with all their rivals was absolutely amazing as they bring out the offer that nobody would dare to do it and they expand their business time by time. It was a smart move when they know on how to attract their customer by offer many rewards and of course the most important things is the low cost provided. Not only that, with much better price they still can make the quality of the flight would meet the customer expectations. The most important strategy here was the way they care for their customer and well developed strategy bring a huge success for the AirAsia to take control on the airlines business from all their rivals not only in Malaysia but all the South-East Asian countries.

when you see at the mirror it will reflex your image and all the movement you did. but it will not show on what you thinks all the expectations and disgraces toward someone or on yourself. so try and thinks and look around yourself, can't you see this wonder spread in front of you. let's start questioning ourselves, isn't this proof enough for us, or are we blind to push it all aside, no we just have to open our eyes,our hearts and minds.
