Mini Report: Sweet Repeats 2023 (SRE '23) Program
1) Justification in joining the activities:
The Sweet Repeats 2023 (SRE '23) program at Tun Dr. Ismail College aimed to promote student involvement in contributing and purchasing pre-loved items. By participating in the program, students had the opportunity to engage in sustainable practices by donating and shopping for used items. The program provided a platform for students to support local businesses and foster a sense of community involvement. Additionally, SRE '23 offered a meaningful way for students to spend their leisure time while promoting the culture of giving and sustainability.

Self-Reflection:
1) Impact on Graduate Attributes: Participating in the SRE '23 program had a significant impact on my development of Graduate Attributes. It enhanced my sense of civic responsibility and community engagement, fostered an entrepreneurial mindset, and deepened my understanding of sustainable practices.
2) Self-Strength/Advantage: My strong organization skills, effective communication, and attention to detail were advantageous in fulfilling my role as a registration unit. These strengths allowed me to manage tasks efficiently, provide clear information to participants, and maintain accurate records.
3) Challenges and Solutions: I faced challenges with time management, participant expectations, and adapting to changes. To overcome them, I prioritized tasks, sought support from the organizing committee, actively listened to participants, communicated transparently, and maintained a flexible mindset. I also will always seek help from my team if i have any problem during completing my task.
Overall, participating in the SRE '23 program provided valuable personal and professional growth, strengthening my Graduate Attributes and allowing me to leverage my strengths while overcoming challenges.
