Mini Report
The program is held to train Kor Suksis members on how to check the gun, shoot the gun, reload the gun, clean the gun and learn the history of guns because it is one of its basics that Kor Suksis members need to know. The graduate attributes described in the above statement are evidenced by the vision and mission of this program. The description session on the pistol which is the Revolver.38 Inch Special Smith and Wesson was held between Kor Suksis Member and Police Sergeant where it involved communication skills to interact with Police Sergeant and thinking skills where police sergeant asked several questions related to the gun. There are also team activities to enhance leadership and teamwork skills. For example, there are activities such as descriptive sessions, the use of firearm tutorials etc. All these activities are made by the organizer to increase our activity of the whole nature so that we can use it to reach a higher height. Instead, I and the participants did their best to enjoy and apply our nature in the program to improve and develop ourselves to a stage where stars can be achieved.
Self-Reflection
In short, the reason why I participated in this program is to learn about police officers and gain an understanding of how to use Revolver.38 Inch Special Smith and Wesson. As a Kor Suksis member, you need to learn this kind of thing to pass as a Police Inspector so that we can become a successful Police Inspector. Besides that, I entered this program to improve my communication skills by participating in communicating with police officers by asking and answering questions. Also, I added thinking skills after I followed this program by wondering how the gun works, how to shoot it properly and use it while you are in danger. Furthermore, the program also made me improve my leadership skills and teamwork by teaching my teammates how to use the Revolver.38 Inch Special Smith and Wesson correctly with the correct tools and knowledge provided by the sergeant police as he explained about the gun. Other than that, I also learned to adapt to the current situation. For example, during the program, one of the group members did not know how the weapon operated, so I helped him by teaching him what I knew about the gun.
