SECI1013-08 Discrete Structure

Introduction

This course introduces students to the principles and applications of discrete structure in the field of computer science. The topics that are covered in this course are set theory, proof techniques, relations, functions, recurrence relations, counting methods, graph theory, trees and finite automata.

Suggestions

In my opinion, this course has fulfilled its role in educating the students, but the students rarely discuss the questions at class. So my suggestion is that the lecturer to be more active in engaging the students to discuss between them about the questions given iduring class.
