Mini Report

Engagement with the Principal and Council of Fellows is crucial for the effective functioning of Kolej Tun Dr Ismail (KTDI). The committee's organizational chart showcases a well-defined structure, ensuring smooth communication channels and efficient coordination. The Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa (JKM) plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between students and college management, serving as their representative voice.

One of the key responsibilities of JKM is to showcase the diverse range of programs organized by KTDI. These initiatives encompass environmental engagement, such as beach clean-ups and the "Love Mangrove" activities held at Tanjung Piai camp, promoting a sense of ecological responsibility among the students.

Additionally, JKM assumes the role of disseminating essential information about the Covid-19 pandemic. They educate students about preventive measures, transmission risks, and safety protocols, ensuring their well-being and fostering a responsible campus community. Moreover, they guide students on navigating university situations in the post-pandemic Covid-19 phase, assisting them in adapting to the evolving academic landscape.

JKM recognizes the significance of outdoor activities during leisure time and actively encourages participation in sports events, fostering camaraderie among colleges and within the university. Furthermore, they emphasize the importance of self-development, urging students to polish their skills, including effective communication, leadership, teamwork, and time management.

In summary, the engagement between the Principal, Council of Fellows, and JKM of Kolej Tun Dr Ismail (KTDI) revolves around effective communication, showcasing programs, addressing the Covid-19 pandemic, providing guidance for the post-pandemic university scenario, promoting outdoor activities, and emphasizing self-skills development. Through these efforts, they strive to create a conducive and holistic learning environment for the students.
