Mini Report
As a participant of this Hari Raya Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail 23, I write this mini report to provide an overview of the event, including the justification for joining the activities, the focused Graduate Attributes, and a description of the activities conducted.
The purpose of this program is to strengthen the bond between students that staying in Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail (KTDI). From this program, the activities that been conducted were some performance from students, speech from the "Pengetua" of KTDI and others.
This program developed some of graduate attributes such as communication skills where students will have to talk and speak to each other also the one who give speech need to have this skills. Secondly, leadership and teamworking skills. This can be seen from the Jawatankuasa Kolej where they need to work as a team to make this program a success. Lastly, the adaptability where some student that not used to some noisy singing or talking environment or introvert people need to adapt quickly to the program.
As a conclusion, this program helps students to develop some of the graduate attributes skills in their life.

Self Reflection
From this Hari Raya Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail 23, me as a participant feels that this program give some impacts to myself to develop the students' graduates attributes. This program somehow makes me wanna learn and develop the skills that are focused on.
As a participant, I somehow manage to see some strength and advantage that I have in myself from the program. I manage to be adaptive to the situation. I was a person that doesn't like noisy and surrounded by a lot of people. But from this program, I manage to adapt myself to the environment.
There are some challenges that I went through that is to communicate with people. This is because I am an introvert person that shy to even say "hi" to a person that i don't know. that was the main challenges I went through towards the program. However, i manage to overcome this communication skills throughout the program. I make myself to be brave to greet people and talk to them.
As a conclusion, from this program I realised that I have some strength and weakness that I need to overcome.
