REFLECTION
At this talk, we learned something new related to our study which is IT project management which was presented by Dr Mohd Khairul Reeza who is graduated from university Malaya as a master student. We able to develop our understanding of IT project management to account for the role that IT managers play to make effective projects. We can also understand about the importance of IT project management and Trending of IT project management. The speaker also shared about relevant IT careers which are project manager, resource manager, business manager and functional manager. Lastly, he also shared about the project management tips that we can apply in our life which are starting up, initiation, execution, monitor and closing.
