Detail your contribution to the group and the project work.
My contribution to the group and the project work for every tasks given, I can say that I did pretty good works on every tasks given. For Task 1, there were a total of 2 meetings that we did in order to discuss about the project and I am the on who initiate the idea to meet on completing the task. Hence, I was assigned to design the floor plan for the general purpose lab. Other than that, I am the one who prepared the tool for designing the floor plan and prepare the meeting minutes. Apart from that, I also set an individual deadline for each team members in order to make sure that all of the team members complete their own tasks before the submission date. For Task 2, I was assigned to provide the feasibility study and the meeting minutes. For the feasibility study, I did a research based on the case study given and identify technical, economic and also physical feasibility that relates to the project. For Task 3, I was assigned to find certain equipment’s that are needed to implement our building. For example. I am the one who provide the details for Rack Server, CAT6 Snaggles Unshielded(UTP), and Multi-Mode Duplex Fiber Optic Patch Cord Cable. I did provide the functions for each equipment’s that I mentioned just now. For Task 4, I am the one who identified the work areas for each floor. I also the one who initially make the connection for certain work area such as general purpose lab and student lounge. Lastly, for Task 5. I am the one who initially identified how much subnets will be needed to be divided based on the work areas that we have in our building.

Muhammad Amsyar Bin Ibrahim contribute to the 1-floor plan (Task 1), provide suggestions for the question list and find answers and its answer (task 2), researched some equipment and calculate the total cost and budget (task 3), and connection for IoT (task 4),subnetting for IOT lab(task 5) and provide an abstract and the reflection (task 6).
Norain Binti Sulaiman contributes 3-floor plans (Task 1), provide a suggestion for the question list and find answers and its answer (task 2), research some equipment, calculate the total cost, budget, and reflection (task 3), connection for general purpose lab 2 (task 4),subnetting for general purpose lab 2 (task 5) and provide the introduction and the reflection (task 6).
Sarah Farhana Binti Salleh contribute 2 floor plan (Task 1), provide suggestion for question list and find answers and its answer (task 2), research on some equipment’s, calculate quantity also the total cost and reflection (task 3), connection for network lab (task 4),subnetting for network lab (task 5) and provide 2 reflection (task 6).
Explain how you work as a group.
First of all, since all of my group members are actually my friends. Hence, it is easy for us to communicate with each other without having any issues. Communication is indeed a key to determining whether that group can cooperate or not but that is not the case in our group because we even created a WhatsApp group to communicate with each other. Other than that, for every task that were given to us, we will set the deadlines for each of the team members so that it would not affect the project. Lastly, it was indeed a great experience to be part of my group.
Explain what you have learned from working as a group.
I learned how to be someone that able to work as a team and not an individual. I also learned that communication is indeed very important. Apart from that, working in group helps me to gain perspectives from other peoples that I am not able to think alone. Other than that, I learned how to build a connection with other peoples. I also think that working as a group helps to improve the productivity of my life because everything working based on the schedule that we developed.
Explain what you have learned from doing the project.
Throughout completing this project, I learned so many things that I believe I am not be able to get I didn’t to get inside the lecture session. Some of the knowledges that I gained from completing this project are soft skills that may be used in the future. Apart from that, I also can increase my knowledges toward the subject that I learned during lecture session by implementing all the things that I learned and applied it on this project. Other than that, it is quite challenging to solve the case study given but with the help of my friends, I learned that we have to actually faced the same situation in real life.
