Throughout the industrial training program, I was able to gain hands-on experience in the software development industry and learn about the various aspects of software development, including programming, software development methodologies, and statistical data analysis. The program provided me with an opportunity to work on real-world projects, which helped me to apply the theories and concepts I learned in a practical setting.
The training program was a challenging and enriching experience for me. I encountered several obstacles and challenges, including the learning of new programming languages and the complexity of the SMART QC system. However, I was able to overcome these challenges with the support of my team members, my own perseverance and determination, and my problem-solving skills. This experience has taught me the importance of being adaptable to new technologies and how to work effectively in a team.
