Overview
Internships at Bandar Utama City Centre Sdn. Bhd. provide interns with the knowledge and training they need to be responsible for the company's information technology matters on a daily basis. IT technical support provides technical assistance with computer hardware and software, including performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed (2022). We are being exposed to operating system knowledge when performing maintaining of electronic directories (E-directory). One of the privileges that 1 Utama has is ONECARD.
OneCard APOS terminal is machine technologies with an updated version to process the payment transaction with ONECARD and finalizes the transaction. This terminal needed to be installed and maintain by IT Department. In this company, we are responsible for providing services to the customers, tenants of One Utama Shopping Centre, and all the staff at BUCC. If there are any issues or problems reported by the clients, the IT Department will be informed through emails, and we will give feedback and updates when they are solved. This section will go over more specifics about IT responsibilities in BUCC industrial training.
