Human resources planning is a subject which the students will learn how to organize and plan well the workforce of the organization. The subject involve compensation, supply and demand, forecasting, surplus and shortage of employees. The lecturer of this subject is Dr Azlineer bt Sarip. She is very good in teaching this subject. Her enthusiasm in teaching motivate her students to maintain focus in the class. Also, she is open-minded. She always raises current issues to promote critical and creative thinking to solve the problems.

HRP plays pivotal role in an organization success. HRP identifies current and future need of human resources to achieve targets and goals of an organization. HRP also serves as link between human resources management and organization strategic plan. In HRP, there are many steps in human resources planning. The steps involve analyzing organization goals, develop human resources planning, estimate workforce gap and many more.

Thus, Human Resources Planning is not a subject at all but a skill that need to be learn by future managers and human resources managers to keep the organization float.
