take pictures and record findings about 5S problem at production line.
follow basant to plant 3 OQA to record SOJT video (light c testing method)
continue to complete final packing draft before recording the video
learn about minitab software from Hayat(my supervisor) which is used to do statistical analysis.
do analysis on temperature data of 1 product and generate I-MR control chart and also process analysis.
Attend 5S training with OE department.

go to plant 4 packing area to see the final packing process. Ask the operator what are they doing right now and how do they do it.
go to plant 1 compounding to ask group leader about the weighing chemical process.
draft the weighing chemical process before getting reviewed by hayat (engineer)

went to final packing area plant 1 to deal with supervisor and group leader for SOJT video shooting continuation.
start editing final packing video for the first part.
have interview with Pn.Amalina from Learning and Development department about my internship experience in Hartalega.
went to final packing area plant 1 with basant to shoot video about palletizing process which is a part of final packing process.

Monday - 9 July 2018
joins 5S walkabout inspection at Plant 1 Line 1 & 2. take picture of any bad or good practices for co-worker to put in 5s report.
discuss with hayat (my supervisor) about monthly data collection for product 35-VBLU in any line in plant 1 for analysis.
go to plant 1 dipping and check every line for monthly data for product 35-VBLU. communicate with supervisor, group leader and also operator to find the best data for analysis.
went for a tour at former warehouse. there is former kiln area where they burn the former for a long time to remove any chemical or particle that cannot be removed using acid or alkali.

do 5S walkabout inspection at QAI storage, QA Lab and HR storage. record any findings and take picture to put in report as reference.
finding at QAI storage is they need to create a suitable place for tools used in there. cannot put the tools carelessly.
one of findings at QA Lab is cannot put the chemical drum behind door as it will block the door from open.
findings at HR storage are, cannot put clothes at electrical panel, need to arrange the clothes properly on the rack.

findings at post treatment is wrong labelling colour and also misplaced items.
findings at QAI watertight are no 'open close' label and also improper arrangement drawer items
findings at pre-shipment are misplaced items, wrong floor line.
key in data into database for the whole day before used for process analysis.

findings for this round are mostly no labelling at the required places.
continue key in data for the 1 month product data before being analyzed.

findings today are cleaning tools are not properly stored, rubbish is not disposed properly and wrong floor line

continue re-editing final packing video and finalize the subtitles
go to plant 1 packing department and ask the group leader about some details during packing process to add in the video.
go to plant 1 compounding department to set up time for video shoot of weighing of chemical process.

joins 5S walkabout at plant 2 line 15&16. findings are mostly about the missing labeling
review again after correction final packing video with hayat and basant. video is completed and proceed for translation.
go to compounding plant 1 to deal with supervisor and group leader there about suitable time for shooting
go to compounding at each plant to check their tooling equipment. this is for 5s inventory checking.
went to OE workshop at phase 2 and learn about plastic welding. use heat gun and plastic strips to joins 2 pieces of plastic plates
go to Engineering dept at phase 1 and learn about cleaning brush motor maintenance by changing the ball bearings inside.
go to post-treatment plant 2 and learn about process there. they clean and dry the gloves that's have undergone watertight testing.
go to compounding plant 1 to shoot SOJT video about weighing chemical process
