1)Mini Report: This webinar was organized by the Asosiasi Karsa Wicara "AKW"  and this webinar invite Ruth Lidya as a speker that have many experience at voice-over artist. The acivement that is  for her work for main voice over in Marjan advertisements 2023 and other notable projects. The primary objectives of the seminar were to provide the audience with fundamental voice-over abilities and to emphasize the value of technology in this industry. By providing helpful advice and in-person examples, Ruth Lidya stressed the significance of tone, timing,expression in voice work and live session practice between speaker and the audiences. So the participants can learned important lessons about the craft of effective voice-over. I participate in this webinar by sharing the presentation's screen and providing the webinar with backsound in order to become operational with the jobdesk.The fact that the type of zoom we are using can only hold 100 people and that there are more than 300 registered participants caused us some difficulty when we first started the webinar. With strong teamwork from each committee, we can gladly handle that appropriately, ensuring that the webinar is conducted as planned.

2) Self Reflection: Participating in the Asosiasi Karsa Wicara (AKW) webinar featuring Ruth Lidya as a voice-over artist was a transformative experience. This event not only enhanced my communication skills but also underscored the importance of effective leadership and teamwork. When  I do my job desk I realize that my comprehension about how to communicate was improve  by Ruth Lidya's insights into voice work, including tone, timing, and expression, as well as by live practice sessions. As a result felt more at ease speaking with the audience when I was in charge of an event. Another thing I learned is how to show strong teamwork abilities in a real-world scenario when a problem involving the complete number of seminar attendees arises and it can be effectively resolved.In conclusion, this webinar not only helped me communicate more effectively, but it also taught me important lessons about cooperation and leadership, highlighting that growth frequently results from conquering obstacles together.
