The Importance and Trending of IT Project Management

My dream regarding the program is to fully understand the Industry works and manage to succeed in my studies. I wanted to contribute to the community and create a solution for the company I work with and gain many future experiences. Next, after attending the Industrial Talk given by Mr Khairul Reeza, I learned that when managing a project, we should focus on the scope given from his talk, Time, Benefits, Cost, Quality, Scope, Risk and Benefit. The impact is I can apply his experience during my assignment or any project that I will be involved, and I'm sure that I will manage to succeed with it. Lastly, I wanted to improve on how to control my emotion when I faced any hardship when managing a project or any task. Don't make any decision during this challenging time. Because we cannot think rationally when our emotions are unstable. With this, I can improve my potential in Industry
