Course Synopsis

This course is about ethical concepts from different civilization perspectives. It aims to identify the system, stages of development, advancement and nation cultural in strengthening social unity. In addition, discussions on contemporary issues such as economy, politic, social, culture and environment aspects from both ethical and civilization perspectives can elevate more morality and professionality among students. The application of appropriate high impact education practices (HIEPs) is used in the delivery of this course. At the end of this course students will be able to relate ethics and civic-minded citizenship. |
Course Reflection
This course really educated me about the meaning of ethics in a culture and how previous cultures valued it. It also offers research into ethical aspects applicable to other cultures.
My aim for this course is to follow all the lessons I have learned to be an upright person in my life. Practicing morality and constantly doing well for humanity is the essence of becoming an upright person.
I need to practice the ethics I have studied to prepare myself to be an ethical employee one day, an effort I need to take for me to maximize my potential in the industry.
