Open Day Resak (Opera'21) -Report Activity No.1

In this Opera '21 event, I have learned so much in terms of improving myself as a better person. I have learned that having good communication is the key to successful events. As a technical crew synchronization is vital to ensure the smoothness of the events. As a stream main control, leadership is what makes the stream go unproblematic during I handle as my team will listen to the instruction and I also always listen to others' opinions to improve my work. During handling the stream it was a big challenge cause I will be depending on home wifi to stream and it's really putting me under pressure as it has many teams involved and to make it right is quite a challenge. Lastly, I am glad that all the hard work and discipline finally paid off as the events stream successfully ended in a good way. These are the things that will help me during my future careers.
