In the Data Engineering Symposium, the speaker Ms. Qistina Batrisyia shared her experiences and journey as a data engineer at TMONE. As a data engineering student, I found this symposium to be very beneficial to me and it brought infatuation to many other students as well. She shared about her time during the internship and told about what we were expected to be ready for. Even though the internship was quite challenging, she said it was tolerable and she was able to balance her study with work. Personally, I am looking forward to my internship during my 4th year later and I am trying to prepare yet I was a bit lost. I am able to organize and devise a plan for my future endeavors after joining the symposium. I also received a glimpse of how the working environment is at a information technology company like TMONE. The working environment is crucial to be known by a lot of future employees since it can give them a head start to adapt with the atmosphere. 

As a Vice Director, I am much delighted to have myself involved in this program since the symposium is very related to me. Throughout my education, it was rare for me to hold a very high position in an organization. It was a great exposure for me to improve my contribution into volunteerism since it can assist me socially. The preparation of the program was traversed along the flow better than expected. There were delays like a late confirmation from speakers which affect other incentives like posters and advertisement to be delayed as well. These challenges were confronted flawlessly by the high committee and it taught me spontaneously the composure needed to cushion the impact it could brought.
