This course prepares students with the relevant skills needed for academic situations.
Focuses on developing students’ ability to understand academic texts and develop their receptive and productive skills through student-centred activities in academic situations. This includes reading academic texts, making notes, writing clearly and coherently, and participating in class discussions.
Enrichment grammar activities are also incorporated to integrate the skills and knowledge.
At the end of this course, students should be able to transfer the acquired skills into their academic activities.
