Self-reflection Leadership

I was a little anxious at first because this course involves working with data in ways like data collection, data analysis, and data calculation. This is a topic that I find to be quite challenging because of how much data is involved and how meticulous I must be to ensure the information is accurate. However, after listening to Dr. Sharin's lecture, I understood that I could analyze and compute the data appropriately without any issues if I followed the necessary procedures and used the suitable techniques. Despite the fact that I had some difficulties with some themes.

I completed 4 assignments and 2 projects for this course, working closely with my 3 other group members on all of them to ensure a seamless process. For the final project, we must automatically display a graph and calculate the necessary number using R Studio. We decided to examine diabetes statistics among American women of Pima Indian descent who are at least 21 years old. We choose to utilize the hypothesis one sample test, correlation test, regression test, and ANOVA test to further analyze the data. The R studio itself is a very practical tool for data analysis, but for a beginner like me, there were quite a few difficulties I encountered when trying the software. Nevertheless, with the assistance of my friends and the help of the e-learning guides that Dr. Sharin shared, I was able to complete the task.

This course has offered me experience that I think will be relevant to my future profession. I value the knowledge and skills I gained from using R studio because they enable me to do things I never believed I could. I hope that this information is permanently imprinted in my mind so that I won't forget it. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Sharin for everything that she has performed to teach me and my classmates during this semester and ensure that we not only comprehend but also have the ability to apply the information provided.
