2) Reflection
The service learning ran under Domestic Air-conditioning service club from UTM had taught me to be proactive and not just being the guy who sits behind the scenes. The knowledge that I have learned throughout the semester about air-conditioning service had been successfully applied in this one-day program. This coincides with one of UTM graduate success attributes which is Information management and lifelong learning skills. Becoming the facilitator had enhanced my leadership skills as I need to be bold and well managed. I learn on how to manage the team very well and handle my emotion if any problem comes up. The supervisor also had been very helpful by giving the guidance that I need when I was leading the group of school students. Honestly, I never expected that my first experience handling school students through service learning turned out to be this great. From this programme, I learned that I can be the team leader. This programme indirectly taught me that there are lots of great things happen if we are an active person and this had sparked my interest to join more service-learning based programme in the future.
