Unit Pengawasan Selenggara Barat (UPSB)

        The first department which I had been assigned was the Unit Pengawasan Selenggara Barat (UPSB). In this department, I had the changed to do some troubleshooting to system used by KD KEDAH and KD TERENGGANU. I also had a good experience by getting the chance to be on the KD KEDAH for inspection which means checking up the performance of the ship after been on the sea for about five years.

This is a shipyard located in RMN, Boustead Naval Shipyard (BNS) Sdn. Bhd.

During our assigned place here, we had a lot of chances to go to visit the ship and shipyard accompanied by RMN staff at UPSB. We went to the shipyard and witness the ship that still under construction which is KD Maharaja Lela and a ship that need to be repair and refit which is KD Indera Sakti. This is a little bit something that I and my friends got for our experienced.
