In my 12 weeks period of my internship, I was placed in Production Engineering Department consisting of 5 person. In Production Engineering Department, where I had the privilege of working alongside two senior engineers. Their guidance and mentorship played a pivotal role in my professional development. Additionally, the presence of two engineers around my age created a comfortable environment for teamwork and collaboration. The department operates under the supervision of the Assistant General Manager, whose role involves monitoring department performance and continually striving for improvements in our processes and operations. This experience not only allowed me to learn from experienced professionals but also reinforced the importance of teamwork and performance enhancement within the organization.

My 12-week internship in Ohta has been so enriching and valuable in terms of knowledge and skill development. I have gained a wide range of experiences and insights into the aerospace industry, quality management, and other essential aspects of running a factory. This knowledge helps me understand the procedures for handling waste and the significance of monitoring and reducing waste production. This skill is critical for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Quality Control and Measurement: I've become proficient in using various measurement equipment for quality control. This is essential for maintaining the precision and quality of aerospace components. Accurate measurements and quality control are crucial in aerospace, where precision is of the utmost importance.
