Self Reflection
As a participant in the HARI KOKURIKULUM MINGGUAN UTM KL event on "Kesihatan Mental di Ambang COVID19," I found it to be a valuable and informative experience. The keynote speech and panel discussion provided a wealth of information on the current state of mental health during the pandemic, as well as strategies and resources for maintaining good mental health during these challenging times.
I appreciated the opportunity to hear from experts and representatives from various organizations involved in mental health support and services, as their experiences and insights were particularly enlightening. The event also created a space for attendees to connect, share their own experiences and support each other.
Lastly, the event was well-organized and provided a much-needed forum for discussing the impact of the pandemic on mental health and ways to support those affected. I believe that the awareness and knowledge gained from this event will be beneficial for my own mental well-being and for those around me, and I hope to have the opportunity to participate in similar events in the future.
