A project contains 6 elements, which are time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefit, and it is important to have proper project management to meet the needs of these 6 elements. The speaker is also given the brief information about project management during the speech. Apart from that, the speaker also explained the upcoming trends in project management in the current world with advanced technologies, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
