  • Drawing & Sketching : -

    Drawing is more than just doodling on a sheet of paper. Sketching is a form of visual thinking, a way of expressing emotions, and recording moments in time.

 

  • Music : - 

    Listening to music can decrease levels of the stress hormone, cortisol. So during a stressful day, turn on the radio to help me to calm down and for maximum healing benefits, be sure to sing along and tap  feet to the beat.

 

  • Travelling : - Some of my most cherished memories are from the times when I was travelling. I can gain experience      things that i could never experience at home. I like to see beautiful places and landscapes that do not exist where you  live.
