Reflection
Our lecturer divided us into various groups in this course. We know each other at first. We know who could perform what portion better and on which criteria we split our work during projects. If someone needs assistance with his tasks, we tried to help them. We work so hard with this project. So, we succeed in our goal and our tasks. We worked for all our members in our group and split our duty by who can perform his job better by me.
My group member helped me with this when I face such a difficulty. In phase 1 I was assigned as a project manager. We therefore arranged a group meeting and addressed all of the issues that our lecturer has mentioned. We are extremely fortunate that we have such a lecturer who is quite helpful.
We were five people in our group, but we worked 4 people in phase 1. One of our member’s name Saad Kabir he didn’t participant in phase 1 because of his sickness. Other members worked hard to fill his absence.
