Mini Report
This event will encourage efficiently and effective way to stretch my thinking beyond the ‘normal’ parameters which will generally associated with innovation and problem solving as well as a software engineering students able to start with new creativity and learn something new that often leads to novel way to approach a project. YouthReka Malaysia has conduct this event through the UTM Student that brought for the student such a big opportunity to build adaptability of thinking. student thinking skill should not scatter only among the box but they are free to think Outside the box these are emerge grateful nation for making a better world. The approach is quite interesting, and it has peaked my attention. Because it is such a large event. Aside from that, it also discusses n business and management. Often, the phrase is used by higher-level management when it is felt that the quality of solutions or ideas is below standard or that solutions are not being found to ongoing problems. The skills that this event emphasizes include critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork. Youth Reka Malaysia are local projects under AIESEC in Malaysia. Youth Reka Malaysia are targeting on SDG 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth where we aim to substantially reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training and providing valuable activities to both academicians and students through the School of Computing, Faculty of Engineering. So for the School of computing, this event was one of the important event.
Self-reflection
First of all, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) became the first among public universities to hosted by AIESEC in Johor Bahru and AIESEC in UNMC this year. The event was held at Facebook live/ Zoom Platform. The one-day event had gathered more than 3000 students engaged in various activities including a talk by Isabell zubinsha Melvin Innovation Specialist and a showcase of YouthReka Malaysia.
I felt proud to attended to this Program. This program appealed to me since it was relevant to my Faculty. After hearing this event I hope that It is a thinking process, but not a passive activity, and cannot be imposed at the push of a button. The first step out of the box for many teachers is the development of the confidence as well as the expertise to make informed decisions about their own teaching and learning and to work independently within a given structure. This may involve overcoming constraints such as the course book and rigid lesson frameworks such as PPP, and working towards concepts such as preparation and long-term timetabling rather than lesson planning. Later on, constraints imposed by a methodology or approach may be discarded by a move towards or even beyond informed eclecticism.
At the end of the event they gave us some e-certificate to join with them. They mentioned that the UTM students are more talented than others so they encourage more to build the skills that might open the thinking ability. This Program improves my ability to think about how we can improve our world, as well as my leadership and teamwork skills, which are two of the benefits that have helped YouthReka Malaysia become successful. In addition, I'd like to build something on my own. I aspire to conquer numerous obstacles in my life.
