This webinar is being put on by Kelab Kaunseling Dan Kerjaya UTM. The goal of this instructional webinar is to increase graduates' chances of finding employment in the future. The goals of this webinar are to make students aware of the value of holding a skill certificate after graduation and to provide practical strategies for improving performance in interviews. The speaker discussed the benefits of certification for students, including how it may set one apart from others in their field of work, advance one's knowledge and skill set, and boost one's self-assurance and reputation as an expert in a certain subject.

Among the main issues raised by students is whether or not getting certified will result in a high income. The speaker's data demonstrates that getting certified will result in a higher salary than not getting certified, and it will also increase your chances of getting hired by employers, particularly in fields like information technology and services, accounting, engineering, computer software, and design. Also, the speaker advised UTM students to take advantage of the free courses available in UTM Professional Skill Certificate Courses to improve their knowledge and skills in a particular profession in order to begin with certification.

Important information is provided to improve the students' interview performance, including the typical interviewer requirements, different sorts of job interviews, different types of interview questions, and practical interview preparation techniques. By enrolling in this programme, you are demonstrating that you possess one of the Graduate Qualities of Communication Skills, which will help you communicate your thoughts and opinions more effectively during job interviews.

Attending this webinar will help  better grasp the significance and usefulness of certification in employment held after graduation. For me, a student, certification is very important for obtaining a position with a higher salary in this professional area. Also, I have ingrained helpful tactics that will help me perform better, be well-mannered, and be able to carry on a fluid conversation with the interviewer when I attend my upcoming job interview.

This causes me to learn more about communication abilities, a crucial Graduate Attributes ability. Nevertheless, I might not be able to apply the helpful tactics I learned from the webinar when I really have to conduct an interview since I tend to become anxious when I'm among a lot of unfamiliar people and I'm not very confident when expressing my opinions because I'm afraid of making errors. In order to strengthen my areas of weakness, I will begin by often exchanging thoughts with team members on academic work, such as group tasks, in order to hone my courage in voicing my own viewpoints.
In order to increase my courage while speaking in front of large crowds, attending a job interview in the future, or participating in any other significant event, I will also be attempting to acquire some techniques to help me relax throughout the presentation in class.
