On the 31st of October 2023, students gathered at Dewan Sri Berlian, Kolej Tun Fatimah, UTM, to partake in the Maxis University Outreach Programme—an event brimming with opportunities and insights. The program, spanning from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, offered a plethora of activities aimed at guiding young talents towards a promising future.

Discovering New Horizons: Attendees had the chance to connect with Maxis experts, delving into potential career opportunities and gaining insights into the company's innovative programs. The event also featured a briefing on the Maxis Young Talents Program, showcasing avenues for personal and professional development.

Engaging Activities: A highlight of the day was the group activity challenging participants to construct the tallest building using only 10 A4 papers. This not only fostered teamwork but also showcased the importance of creativity and collaboration in problem-solving.

Inspirational Conversation: The event concluded with an enlightening conversation with Encik Mazlan Bin Mokhtar, Head of Southern Region of Maxis. His career journey, themed "Pioneering Innovation To Realise our Ambition," provided invaluable insights and inspiration for the aspiring minds present.

The Maxis University Outreach Programme held on October 31, 2023, was a remarkable experience that offered valuable insights and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The event was a platform for students to connect with Maxis experts, explore potential career paths, and gain understanding of the innovative programs the company has to offer.

Participating in the group activity, where we had to construct the tallest building using only 10 A4 papers, highlighted the significance of teamwork and creativity in problem-solving. It was a hands-on exercise that not only fostered collaboration but also emphasized the practical application of skills in a real-world scenario. It's also a very fun session where we get to know new friends and improve our bonds with friends.

The Maxis Young Talents Program briefing provided a clear roadmap for personal and professional development, outlining avenues for growth within the company. This was particularly insightful for those seeking to kickstart their careers in the telecommunications industry.

The highlight of the day was the conversation with Encik Mazlan Bin Mokhtar, whose career journey was both inspirational and motivational.
