SECI2143-03 Probability & Statistical Data Analysis (PSDA)

Welcome! This page is talking about my work during the period of learning PSDA in semester 2.

# The content of this page only has the reflection of Project2 now. I will upload my work during my free time

#The page will open until the end of the evaluation of Project 2

Reflection of project 2

I learned a lot of skills and knowledge in this project, such as the basics of R programming. R programming is very useful for analyzing your data. In this project, I did hypothesis 1 sample test, correlation test, regression test, chi-square test. This impressed me because we get data from a website called Kaggle, and then we can play with the data and get some information from the data. In addition, I am also a person with some basic machine learning skills, but I use python language to do it. However, I found that r programming can also help machine language, and it lets me know what I should learn during the three-month-long vacation.

Besides, I have a better understanding of population data and sample data because I was confused about the two before doing this project. This is because we need to find the data set by ourselves and select sample data from the data set we choose. Other than this, I am also clearer about all the testing in the syllabus, because we need to learn and understand them before programming in R. After that, I manually calculate the answer to make sure the answer is correct.

In conclusion, I learned something very useful for my future in Project 2, and I hope I can use this knowledge in this real situation, not just in books.
