I was honoured to be the director of UTM National Intervarsity Debating Championship 2021 (UNIDC’21).

5) Self-Reflection
Throughout this activity, I had truly enhanced my graduate attributes such as communication skill, thinking skill, leadership and teamwork skill, adaptability and global citizen. It had moulded me into a better person with these enhanced soft skills. I was able to increase my communication skill to deal with more people and also strengthen my critical and analytical thinking skill. It was because I had to think of the flow of the event with the vice director of the program. And hence, I enhanced my leadership and teamwork skill to be a good leader who can lead people and work with other people even though everything was conducted online.
Also, I had faced some challenges since it was my first time to be the director of a program. Thus, I had to put my whole attention and effort on it during the program so that I can do my best for it. Everything was difficult to me since it had started from the scratch. Hence, I did my best for the program to overcome all the challenges such as the difficulty to find enough participants for our program. Fortunately, I found enough participants for our program in the end.
All in all, it was a totally new experience for me and I was grateful for having this experience although it was challenging and torturing during the progress of the program. I would appreciate for this experience and engrave it in my memory.
