Ketua unit Sponsorship:

• find the sponsorship for food, gift
• prepare the list of sponsor
• contact with sponsor
• receive the sponsorship from sponsor
• complete the report of unit sponsorship thus send to secretary of the program
• guide the others sponsorship committee member, make sure they finish their job

Tun Fatimah Goes Green 2.0 is held from 6 to 7 December 2019 at Kolej Tun Fatimah by cooperation of JKM KTF and Kelab Bumi Hijau KTF. 

Objectives of the program:

• to expose and educate students about the importance of maintaining environmental sustainability

• warns college students that contaminated materials such as plastic, cans and paper can be reused for daily use

• strengthen relationship between college students

The activities of the first day are Gotong-royong, Mini Garden and Tanglung Night. During Gotong-royong activity, participants are given gloves, garbage plastic, sweeper to collect the garbage include plastic, tin, dry leaves into different garbage plastic to simplify the work of recycling around the area of Kolej Tun Fatimah. Mini garden is beside Block H07. Participants use gardening tools to plant trees and flowers. In the evening, participants of Tanglung Night gathered at Dewan Sri Alam to receive the material provided such as scented candle, A4 colour paper, rope to produce a Tanglung by using their own creativity. At around 6.30pm, all the lantern are hang up at area beside H07. 

On the second day, the activities are Biocompose Workshop, Recycling and closing ceremony. Lecturer give the explanation and teach the participants how to produce compost. Unit Activity collect the recycling things that gather at each block since 30 november 2019 until 7 december 2019.

This is my first time in charge as Leader of  Sponsorship Unit ( Ketua Unit Penajaan) in a program. Through this chance, i had more understand the duty of the sponsorship committee member. This is a quite interesting, challenging and memorable experience. Every week, we did the meeting for update the progress and point out the problems we met then discuss the solutions to solve it. My members and i needed contact the sponsor to get the sponsorship. Besides that, we went to gas station such as Petronas, Petron, Shell near by UTM in area of Skudai to request them to sponsor the mineral water. Luckily, we found the some kind sponsor to sponsor our program 3 boutiques flower, 8 small hamper and 2 box of mineral water. Due to this sponsor, we can save some money from the budget of the program. Active listening skills can help a team to understand and  trust each other. Although it may be take time to gather information to ensure that the decision is right, there may come a time when any decision is better than none. i understand that communication between committee member is very important to avoid any misunderstand to make the process in good condition. It will also avoid quarrel between committee member. Team working skill is important too. All the committee member take the duty and help each other to complete the work as soon as possible.
