The 20-week of industrial training from 25th September 2023 until 9th February 2024 at Beyonics Precision Malaysia Sdn Bhd will be discussed and concluded in this page. Mr. Vasanthan A/L Subramaniam is the organization supervisor while Dr. Zuriahati Mohd Yunos is the faculty supervisor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. From start until the end of industrial training, many tasks and project was conducted and given.
The main achievement is the Firewall Optimization and Network Enhancement which promotes cost cutting, improved network bandwidth and stability as well as tighten network security which makes the Beyonics internal network system more secure. Web development was done for Inventory Management System as the system helps to manage the inventories of IT in the company. Security measures were implemented for it to secure the database and system. There were also tasks and training on configuring switch, Cisco Switch 2960 Web Interface implementation, learning from firewall upgrade, network cable crimping, vendor management in production environment, annual IT inventory audit preparation, and many other tasks. In this 5 month, I have learned a lot in networking, security, web development, and IT technical during my industrial training in Beyonics Precision Malaysia Sdn. Bhd
