ASTRA 2.0, a concert organized exclusively for UTM students, showcased the power of music in philanthropy. With a primary aim of fundraising for chronic patients, contributions also supported the UTM Endowment Fund and financial assistance for students. The event not only provided a platform for artistic expression but also underscored the university's commitment to social responsibility. The graduate attribute of 'Social Responsibility' is evident in this initiative, as it emphasizes the program's dedication to making a positive impact beyond the academic realm. By channelling the energy of student participation into charitable causes, ASTRA 2.0 nurtures a sense of community engagement, instilling in students a lifelong commitment to addressing societal challenges through their talents and resources. This concert serves as a harmonious bridge between artistic expression and social responsibility, fostering a holistic development among UTM students.

As a member of the Place Preparation Department in the program, my role involved creating an environment conducive to the program's success. This experience deepened my understanding of the meticulous planning required for seamless events. From arranging seating to optimizing spaces, I realized the critical role of logistics in enhancing participant experience. Collaborating with various teams, I honed my communication and teamwork skills, understanding the interconnectedness of different facets in program execution. This position also underscored the importance of adaptability and quick decision-making in managing unexpected challenges. Overall, my time in the Place Preparation Department has been instrumental in developing my organizational and problem-solving abilities. Going forward, I carry the lessons of precision and adaptability into future endeavours, recognizing the pivotal role of meticulous planning in the success of any undertaking.
