1. Program name: North Borneo Gala Dinner 4.0

As a head of Protocol Unit, i have learnt a lot and gain so many knowledge on how to handle big program. From doing a big task such as sending an invitation letter to certain party until the small task i knew that the protocol plays the important role to make sure the program run as planned. Managing people under me highlight my leadership skills that i can used in the future later.

On 4th May 2019, Persatuan Mahasiswa/i Sabah (PERMAS) held a program called North Borneo Gala Night and Charity. The Royal Garden themed program aims to bring closer relationship among UTM student especially Sabahan students and also held to caring for the orphans. Rumah Anak Yatim Raudhatul Maryam was invited to the the dinner to enliven the occasion as well as be given some small contribution to reduce their burden. There were many activities carried out during the program such as lucky draw, singing performances, award ceremony for sabahan student in academic and curriculum and so on. The three -hour program runs smoothly with the cooperation of all parties attend.

Head of Protocol Unit - I am incharge in planning and ensuring the program going smoothly until the end by assigning program task to other committee following their position. I also ensuring the program meet the professional standards of university program and make report before and after program.
