in this event, it talks about when you first got a training job, you set those pretty max expectations of how your daily career life would look like, you expect your managers to applaud you for every task you complete, getting incentives on that sale or getting a bonus for finishing that project. You even expect how you should be treated by your colleagues and tasks to be done easily without having to review them several times.
Self reflection
in this event I got the opportunity to clarify some false expectations in careers and be informed about the reality of the companies standards and environment of what is really like. the guest presented some helpful tips UTM grad student that is currently working in Japan and that was really enriching my knowledge from all walks for example the Japanese companies standards for hiring, culture, salaries, and companies interests in Job seekers that may have graduated.
