Ceremony of Knowledge

It was yesterday when I attended a small ceremony of knowledge, which they call 'Majlis Ilmu' in Malay, for the Muslims. It is actually my second time joining this type of ceremony here in UTM. The first one was at Dewan Kolej Perdana, whilst this one was at K10's surau. It is an effort by, I believe, the lecturers in UTM to do Da'wah although it is encouraged that every Muslims to do so. I spent my time there listening to talks given by the preachers of Islam, some of them even came far away from San Diego! It is very crucial for me to attend this kind of ceremonies so that I wouldn't forget the real purpose of life while living here even though my schedule is fully packed. It is an honour to be part of this ceremony and I hoped to join it again next time, Insya Allah. :)
