Assignment 4 - Heuristic Evaluations

Review your prototype based on the flow of your three tasks and take note on those where an issue was found. Your report will describe each of the problems found, label the heuristic that it has violated, state its severity rating, a recommendation for improvement, and supporting screenshots of the prototype.

For each heuristic, you would probably find more than 1 instances of violation (on different page/screen/interface/etc.), or none at all. List ALL that you find, and please ensure that your HE summary table list consists 8 of these instances.

2. Match between system and real world.
3. User control and freedom.
4. Consistency and standards.
5. Error prevention.
6. Recognition rather than recall.
7. Flexibility and efficiency of use.
8. Aesthetic and minimalist design.
9. Help users recognize, diagnose, recover from errors.
10. Help and documentation.
