Reflection
I have gained a lot of new information just by entering this course. After completing all the modules, I earned my badge and my certificate, given by the AWS Academy themselves. Although I already knew a little about Cloud Computing, AWS Academy taught me more about the details on how Cloud Computing works, not only that, but the courses are also interactive and fun! I knew that Cloud Computing is the future, so in order to be prepared, I set up my own motivation that I need to learn about Cloud Computing in order to be more reliant and more adaptive in near future.
Personally, getting the badge is not an easy task, turns out Cloud Computing is not easy as it seems, personally module 5 is the hardest as it introduces many new things to me. This makes the AWS Graduate badge a high-quality badge, thus improving one’s probability on getting a job. Furthermore, since Cloud Computing is less daunting and is the primary option for database storage, I think that every company should shift to Cloud Computing, the cost is reduced and provides portability, with further security measures too! Every computer science must at least know how what and how Cloud Computing is, they should take the AWS Academy and get the badge themselves.
To my friends that hasn’t gotten the badge yet, I strongly encourage you to not give up on it yet, the courses are not that daunting and some of it are interactive, you can try to create your own understanding by the provided lab, Cloud Computing offers such a beneficial upgrade compared to traditional servers, it is worth your time to get the badge. Finally for me, I will dig deeper on Cloud Computing and try it out myself if I have an appropriate project that can go along with it, personally I think that Cloud Computing is far more better than conventional traditional method, so I will definitely give it a try and make myself comfortable using it.
