4. Mini Report
Sc: BBQ/Spring Cleaning is a dinner night or BBQ night for student of school of computing. Some student volunteer for to preparation for the BBQ where they need to prepared for the food, the place setup, wrapping the gift, and technical setup. All the food made by school of computing’s student. The program took place in the evening.
This program uses a lot communication skill and teamworking skills. Student need to communicate to divide the work for make it faster for the preparation finish before the program start. Communication is importance because when student want to ask anything about their job they need to communicate with the leader or senior for more information. Otherwise it will going to be wrong.
The program starts at the morning, where volunteer’s student need to prepared all the staff for the BBQ night. They work together. After they finish cooking, they need to cleaning all the cooking utensils. At night, BBQ night in held in Balai Cerap Student register once they come. They can eat all the food. During eating time there have some activity held. Lastly, about 11 pm the program finish and all the volunteer’s student need to clean up the place as the normal environment. They continue to clean in another day.
5. Self-reflection
On this program I work with senior. The senior so talkative. I leant from them to communicate with. At first time, I’m quit shy to talk with them, but because they are a happy go lucky person and their joke make me laugh, it make me comfortable to talk with them. And now I brave make a joke with them together.
I can see my strength from this program where I passionate when doing something. For example, when I help the senior for the cooking, I will help until the food is completed. Once finish cooking, I will clean all the staff as soon as possible because I don’t like to waste my time.
When I want to go to the BBQ night place, I had a problem where I don’t have Any transportation to go there. So, I made a call to the senior that I just make a friend with his. She gives me a ride with his car.
