Mini Report :

1) Joining The UTM Engineering Student Virtual Hangout Zone, along with the Dean and Deputy Dean (Academic & International) Briefing for the academic year 2021/2022, has give a new experience for me as a new student because i can get more information about my course, my journey at UTM, and also the flow of the life as a student. This session was conducted online and the dean was gave the talk to us. The dean shared his journey life as a student until he become success until now. Who's don't know our dean that has a good motivation and leadership skill that can make him success. That's why I make him as my role model to make myself more better. 

2) The dean also shared the important of leadership that can we use and also it is importance to us to have this to conduct others people when we work or conduct the group project. For me,  I recognized the need to develop my leadership skills to actively engage with academic challenges. Also this session open Q&A to others student to talk or give an idea or something else.

3) My contribution during the session, I tried to ask a few question to the dean such as the key of the success as a student degree and give us some motivation to get the better result in every semester. This also can improve my confident level and communication skills to myself as long as I tried it. This session very good for my personal growth and inspired a renewed dedication to cultivating leadership skills as an integral part of my student journey.

Self Reflection :

In order of joining this program, the impact of this program was I had found impact on my academic journey, specifically enhancing my leadership skills, communication skills and critical thinking abilities. This can be proved when I can conduct my team project to settle the question given by lecturer, also my I can improve my communications skills by present the project or to introduce myself in front of the people. Besides, the advantages of this program was I can get more knowledge for myself and motivation by dean that can useful in my daily life as a student. Also by joining thois program I can be an active student in my university life and get the academic merit to improve my resume. the most challenging for me for this program was I a little bit of shy to speak or to ask some question the the dean, but I tried to be more confident to improve myself. Also the trouble of line when the talk session was conducted. This because maybe about the line that I used to join the talk.
