Inisiatif Jana Kemahiran Siswa Resak (SINAR) is a Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail (KTDI) student College Committee program that is carried out throughout 2021 and 2022. The SINAR program includes various skills courses made not only by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) students, but also general public. The courses under SINAR initiative are expected to help students to remain competent, skilled, and aligned with the need of current world.
The objective of this Adobe Illustrator Course is to develop first-class minded students. It is crucial to make sure that they are not left behind in terms of skills and personality, train and develop progressive, and also be competent students for the workforce.
Self-Reflection
This program is going on for 2 days. In this program I learned a lot about Adobe. I also learned a lot about communication skills and leadership skills. I have to communicate with the lecturer and the speaker for confirmation in joining our program. I have to send out email as well as learn how to use Google Calendar when sending out the email. I also have to lead those unit members under my supervision. I have to tell them what work they needed to do in order for this program to run smoothly.
