Amazon Web Services (AWS)

I got the AWS badge after completing 10 modules in the AWS Academy Cloud Foundations. Truth to be told, at the beginning of this journey, I only have a little bit of knowledge about cloud computing. But after completing all 10 modules I manage to learn a lot of new things about cloud computing such as its’ functions and advantages. Other than that, I also manage to learn about services provided by AWS on their platform and how to use some of the services such as AWS Elastic Beanstalk and Amazon EC2.

I started this course around the second or third week of December 2021. To complete the modules, I need to pass the knowledge check on every module. Not only that, for some modules, I was also required to complete a lab and some activities. To complete labs and activities was not easy, because it was quiet confusing especially for the first two modules that have labs in it. But after reading the instruction given repeatedly, I finally managed to understand the instruction and complete all labs and activities. To be honest, I took quite a long time to finish all 10 modules. But finally, on 15th January of 2022, I managed to complete all 10 modules and received AWS badge and a certificate of completion.

The badge isa pentagon shape, and white in colour but has a black outline. On the badge, there was AWS academy Graduate written on it. To receive this badge, I was required to sign up on Credly website. Once I finished with all the sing up things, my dashboard will be displaying my AWS Badge. In my opinion, my journey of getting AWS Badge was fun, not only that, I also manage to obtain a lot of information that will be benefiting me in my career later.
