For this course, we have to form a group of 4 to carry out the project on topic that interest us. From the survey conducted by PISA result, we know that the performance of Malaysian student is below the OECD average. This survey has increased our interest in identifying the effects that affect the performance of Malaysian student.

At first, I would like to thank Dr. Sharin who spent her time and effort to help us complete our project. Dr. Sharin helped us a lot in finding the suitable dataset for our project and guided us to use R for programming. Second, I would like to thank my teammates who assited me in completing the project. 

From this project, I learnt how to use the knowledge that I had learnt to complete the analysis. R code is difficult for me because I have not learned it before, but with the help of lecturer and teammates, I still learned how to use R code to complete my analysis. I found that R code can easily draw the graph from the data.

I also learned that communication is important to accomplish tasks. Through communication, we can share each other's thoughts and opinions, so as to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and quarrels when doing projects. 

Lastly, we found that there are many aspects that may affect student performance. Therefore, schools, parents, and students must work together to achieve better student performance.
