MY032.jpg

Brief Introduction of my FYP:

The requirement of the project is to develop an Internet of things (IoT) system where Android Apps will be developed and connected to cloud storage to remotely control the Smart Home LED lighting system. Aside of the requirement, the project is aim to create a new, simple and user friendly interface for  mobile Apps that can allows user create own house floorplan and customize the location of LED bulb according to the house manually. The Android Apps will be designed using Android Studio. Wireless network will deployed in the Smart Home LED system where all the signal is send wirelessly using Raspberry Pi3 processor as the access point (AP). The Android Things act as a platform for embedded devices to implement IoT will installed to the Raspberry Pi3 and it is supported by latest version of Android Studio that use to design the Apps interface. Firebase will be used for backend processing because of its ability for handle real time database, cloud services, analytics and integration with Android Studio. An open-source firmware wifi-Soc (NodeMcu) also chosen to control the functionality of the LED bulb such as on/off. The project can be further extended by including more application such as mood lighting system.

Question number 6 about the feeling of the students about the company whether he/she can adapt the environment of work. The percentage of students that can be adapt to the working environment is 95% means that majority of then is ready to work

Question number 7 (still contact with company) is have almost same result which is 50%-50% while question number 10 (do company offer job) have 55%-45%. There are two probabilities from here where the student will follow up the company when they get the job, or the student will get the job when they follow up the company.

In question number 8, Yes who choose working and No is who choose further study. The result is 90% of students is more preferring to work after they grade. The result of question number 8 is slightly same result of question number 6 where the adaptation of working environment. The link between this is the students more prefer. The result of question number 11 is also almost same at number 6, the 4th year student more prefer to work after the finish the study.
